IT was something very simple that gave Abdul Moeez the idea to photograph Sydney’s gorgeous beaches and tidal pools with a camera drone.
“The thing is, I don’t know how to swim,” Moeez said.
“I tried going in the ocean three or four months ago for the first time, and it was such a mess.”
Clearly, underwater photography was potentially deadly for Moeez, who grew up in mountainous regions of Pakistan before migrating four years ago to Australia.
So he went to the opposite extreme, and took to the air.
Moeez bought a professional-quality drone with GPS and camera functionality, and up in the air it went.
